Hence,Printermall.in selling Printers\Scanners\Projectors\Consumables & related spares which combines Warranty & Non-Warranty.All the warranty Products covered under respective brand service Centers locations. Incase of any products delivered with damage/Not Working\Dead on Arrival(DOA),you are requested to inform us with in three working days.

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

If a defect is determined within the Returns\Dead On Arrival(DOA), a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost.

If the same product is in "no stock/ Not Available", then refund initiated. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 7 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any subsequent issues.

In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

Note: If you've received a non-Warranty product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7days from the delivery of the product.
